George Mason's Bachelor's/Accelerated Master's (BAM) program allows undergraduate students to complete both their master's and bachelor's in just five years.

Basic Eligibility Requirements
- Be a current George Mason University undergraduate
- Earn at least 60 credits towards a bachelor’s degree before applying
- Able to take at least one BAM course in each of the final two semesters of their bachelor’s program.

Program-Specific Eligibility Requirements
Biodefense, MS
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
Global Commerce and Policy, MA
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- At least 12 credits of undergraduate Government, Economics, and/or Global Affairs courses
International Security, MA
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher
Organization Development and Knowledge Management, MS
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
Political Science, MA
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- At least 12 credits of undergraduate Government courses
Public Administration, MPA
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- At least 12 credits of undergraduate Government courses
Public Policy, MPP
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
- At least 12 credits of undergraduate Government and/or Economics courses

- Goals statement (750-1,000 word written statement of your goals and interest in the program)
- Resume
- One letter of recommendation (required to be from an undergraduate advisor or a Schar School undergraduate advisor)
