Siona Robin Listokin is an assistant professor at the School of Public Policy. She received her PhD in business and public policy from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and her BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Listokin’s research interests include retirement and welfare policy, public finance, public management, and political economy.

Most recently, Listokin conducted research with Professors David Vogel, Pablo Spiller, and David Mowery at University of California and was a research fellow with the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society Group 2007. Listokin’s “The Management of Public Pension Funds” received the award for best paper from the Academy of Management 2006 Proceedings. The Haas School honored Listokin with the Orel Chrisman Crawford Dissertation Fellowship 2006–07 for the top female Haas PhD student.
