This is a tightly integrated
cohort program. Students begin at the same point and usually
complete the required courses together in sequence. A unique
feature of the curriculum is the Learning Community (MNPS 720).
This course runs through the entire degree in parallel with,
and complementary to, the other courses. To a large extent,
the Learning Community is shaped and managed by the students.
See the Organization Development and Knowledge Management Program Guide for additional
information on the curriculum and course content.
