Master of Professional Studies:
Organization Development and Knowledge Management

Curriculum and Program Requirements

The Professional Studies in Organization Development and Knowledge Management (ODKM) master's program requires 36 or 39 credit hours of coursework, depending on whether the student has the requisite work experience to receive a waiver from the three-credit internship requirement.

This is a tightly integrated cohort program. Students begin at the same point and usually complete the required courses together in sequence. A unique feature of the curriculum is the Learning Community (MNPS 720). This course runs through the entire degree in parallel with, and complementary to, the other courses. To a large extent, the Learning Community is shaped and managed by the students. See the Organization Development and Knowledge Management Program Guide for additional information on the curriculum and course content.
