Mr. William H. Coester is the Administrator for the School of Public Policy. He has been in his present position since September 25, 2001. As the Administrator, he has responsibility for matters relating to human resource functions, financial management, equipment acquisition/accountability, and facility management within the School of Public Policy.

Prior to his assignment as the Administrator, Mr. Coester was a Research Associate for the School of Public Policy. He began his employment with the School as a Research Assistant working for the Peace Operations Policy Program.

Mr. Coester earned his Masters of Science Degree in Business Organizational Management from the University of LaVerne and his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Organizational Management from Gonzaga University.
