Julianne Mahler
Associate Professor jmahler@gmu.edu Associate Professor of Government and Politics in the Department of Public and International Affairs. Ph.D.: State University of New York at Buffalo, 1976, in Political Science and Psychology. Professor Mahler teaches organization theory and behavior, research methods, and political ideologies. She publishes in the areas of organizational learning, decision making, culture and ideologies of the administrative state. She is co-author of Organization Theory: A Public Perspective.
