Biography
Ann C. Baker is an associate professor in the School of Public Policy at George Mason University where she directs the Masters in Organization Development and Knowledge Management Program. Prior to joining GMU, Dr. Baker was a Kellogg Fellow, having received a three-year Leadership Development fellowship from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation for International Leaders of the Future.

Dr. Baker's research interests include cross cultural dialogue, organizational learning and knowledge creation, organizational change, virtual conversations, group dynamics, conversational learning, and conflict & change. She is the author of numerous publications related to her research interests. She recently published a book, Conversational Learning: An Experiential Approach to Knowledge Creation. She is currently writing a new book entitled, Conversational Learning in Virtual Space: Differences Among People as Resources for Knowledge Creation and Change.
