Matthew Hardy (current PhD student) had his paper, "Estimating User Costs and Economic Impacts of Roadway Construction in Six Federal Lands Projects," accepted for publication in the Transportation Research Board’s journal, Transportation Research Record. The paper is a summary of how QuickZone, a work zone modeling tool, has been used by the Federal Lands Highway Division.
