Fast-Track
Admissions Process

In an
effort to automate the admissions process
for Mason undergraduates, students who
meet the guidelines below will be granted
admission to the following programs:
- Master
of Public Policy
- Master
of Arts in International Commerce and
Policy
- Master
of Arts in Transportation Policy, Operations
& Logistics
Available
only for Mason undergraduates who will
have earned their degrees
prior to the term in which they hope to
enroll.
- Admission
Guidelines
- Cumulative
GPA of 3.5 or above with no grade
lower than a "C"
- No
record of disciplinary action (academic
or other)
- Student
meets one of the following criteria:
- Student
is majoring (or has majored)
in one of the following disciplines:
Economics; Government and International
Politics; Global Affairs; Conflict
Analysis and Resolution; Public
Administration; Civil and Infrastructure
Engineering; Systems Engineering;
or any major within the School
of Management
OR
- Student
has completed an introductory
level economics, statistics,
and government class
- Application

Important Information
- Students
applying through the Fast-Track Admission
Process will adhere to the same application
deadlines as all other School of
Public Policy Master's applicants. Click

- To
be considered for a merit-based scholarship,
students need to submit two additional
requirements:
- Official
Graduate Research Examination
(GRE) score report
- A
750-1,000 word goals
statement
- Any
Mason undergraduate who does not
meet the guidelines mentioned above
is welcome to apply through the traditional
format. Application requirements
for these students can be found on
